Introduction
Capital Phase is basically investing and consultancy firm, which invest on the behalf of his
clients and also give the consultancy service to clients by which company receive the
percentage of profit. Basic purpose of our company is to maximize the profit of our clients by
which clients feel proud to work with us.
Mission And Vision Statement
Mission:
To provide the consultancy service to our clients by the help of our trained and experience
team.
Vision:
To be the best brand name by maximizing the profit of our clients.
Owner
Mr. Saqib Raja is the owner of Capital Phase.

1: Corporate Level Managers

CEO
Mr. Ahsan is a chief executive officer, the highest-ranking person in Capital Phase ultimately
responsible for taking managerial decisions, who leads the entire enterprise.

2: Business Level Managers

CFO
Mr. Ali is the chief financial officer of Capital Phase, who is responsible for the overall
financing of the corporation.

COO
Mr. Shabi is the chief operating officer of Capital Phase, who makes sure operations are run
efficiently within in the company.

3: Functional Managers
Functional managers are responsible for specific business functions that constitute a company
or one of its divisions. In Capital Phase there are four functional managers:

Finance Manager
Mr. Naveed Ahmed is the Finance Manager of Capital Phase.

HR Manager
Mr. Mansoor Ahmed is the HR Manager of Capital Phase.

Project Manager
Mr. Muhammad Asif is the Project Manager of Capital Phase.

Marketing Manager
Mr. Muhammad Hussain is the Marketing Manager of Capital Phase.

4: Frontline Managers
Frontline managers are managers who manage employees who are themselves not managers.
