Employees of Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or of any
agencies/entities involved in the development, production or administration of the
Sweepstakes or the Eagle Creek Converge Live Event (Event) are not eligible to
enter or win a prize. Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States. Void in Puerto
Rico and where prohibited by law.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes is offered on February 2, 2017 during

the Event, which will begin at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Pacific Time/3:00 p.m. Eastern
Time and conclude at approximately 12:15 or 12:20 p.m. Pacific Time/3:15 or
3:30 p.m. Eastern Time (actual running time of the Event will be determined by
number of comments/questions posed during the Event).

2. HOW TO ENTER. (A) Log into your Facebook account. Go to the official Eagle
Creek page on Facebook at www.facebook.com/EagleCreekGear. (B) Watch the
Event featuring demonstrations and information regarding Sponsors new
Converge collection of luggage products. (C) Post an original comment or ask
an original question during the Event. A valid comment or question (see Rule 4
below for additional restrictions on content of comments/questions) constitutes
your Sweepstakes entry. All entries must be received during the Event. If
received at any other time (even if otherwise valid), comment/question will
not result in Sweepstakes entry. COMMENT/QUESTION WILL ALSO NOT
RESULT IN SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY (EVEN IF OTHERWISE VALID) IF
POSTED ANYWHERE ON FACEBOOK OTHER THAN THE EAGLE CREEK
PAGE (FOR EXAMPLE, POSTING A COMMENT/QUESTION ON ONES
PERSONAL TIMELINE WILL NOT RESULT IN SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY.)

3. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS. Limit of one (1) entry per person regardless of

the number of comments and/or questions posted on the Eagle Creek
Facebook page by a given account during the Event. (A given Facebook
account may only be used by one (1) person to post a comment or a question
and thereby enter the Sweepstakes [if comment/question is determined to be
valid].) Violation of this limit will result in acceptance of only the initial entry
(assuming that the comment/question is valid); but, Sponsor reserves the
right in its sole discretion to disqualify an individual altogether, voiding all of
his/her entries, if such individual is deemed by Sponsor in its sole discretion to
have engaged in egregious, repeated or blatant violations of the entry limit. In
the event of a dispute, the owner of the Facebook account used to post the
comment or question, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be
deemed to be the entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost,
 illegible/garbled, incomplete, inaccessible, jumbled, blocked, corrupted,
damaged or misdirected entries, all of which are void. Sponsor is also not
responsible for: (a) programming, electronic, technological, telephonic,
network or other malfunction, error or failure which in any way affects or
interferes with the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Event, including but
not limited to the Event being pre-empted, delayed, re-scheduled, cancelled,
interrupted or otherwise interfered with, regardless of whether the cause of
same is reasonably foreseeable by Sponsor; (b) entries not received during
the Event (excluding any re-broadcast or re-airing of the Event on the Eagle
Creek Facebook page or in any other platform or medium); (c) entries not
received in a usable format due to filtering by Facebook (or any other cause,
regardless of whether such cause is reasonably foreseeable by Sponsor).
Proof of submission of comment/question does not constitute proof of receipt
of same or proof of entry. Sponsors acknowledgment of receipt of
comment/question does not constitute any representation of eligibility for the
Sweepstakes; and, with the sole exception of the public announcement of
potential winners (as per Rule 5 below), any such acknowledgment does not
constitute any representation as to selection of individual as a potential prize
winner.
Message and data rates apply to use of mobile device for Sweepstakes
entry. You may be charged by your wireless carrier for submitting your entry
via mobile device. Be sure to check your wireless carrier's pricing plan before
entering via mobile device. Not all mobile devices offer wireless Internet
access; and, wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas.

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS- CONTENT OF COMMENT/QUESTION. Posting a

comment or question will not result in Sweepstakes entry if Sponsor
determines in its sole discretion that the comment/question:

(I) violates or infringes upon the rights of any party (including copyright,
trademark, right of privacy, right of publicity), including but not limited to
(a) any persons identified in your comment/question or (b) products
other than those of Eagle Creek referenced in your comment/question
(the preceding expressly includes but is not limited to the re-posting of
comments/questions previously posted by others during the Event);
(II) is inappropriate, obscene, hateful or otherwise unfit for publication;
(III) advocates the use of alcohol or drugs, acts of violence or illegal
behavior;
(IV) disparages or damages the goodwill and/or business reputation of
Sponsor or its Converge product collection;
(V) is not related to the Sweepstakes theme (i.e., is not related to the
Converge product collection or the Event.)
 For the avoidance of doubt, the preceding is in addition to an individuals
compliance with all policies of Facebook, including but not limited to its
Statement of Rights and Responsibilities and Community Standards.

Grant of Rights. When posting a comment/question, you grant Sponsor and

its designees the non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-
free, transferable, sublicenseable right and license to use, perform, exhibit,
reproduce and/or otherwise exploit the comment/question in any manner and
in any and all distribution channels, venues or media now known or hereafter
devised, without further notice or any compensation to you; this expressly
includes but is not limited to use of the comment/question by Sponsor and its
designees after the Event as well as during the Event itself. The preceding
grant of rights is subject to any rights retained by Facebook in its social media
platform. You further (a) waive any Moral Rights of Authors or similar natural
rights of ownership you may have in the comment/question; and (b) agree,
upon the request of Sponsor and without compensation of any kind, to
execute any additional documents so as to effect, record or perfect the grant
of rights contemplated by this subsection. By posting a comment/question,
you also understand and agree that (a) Sponsor has wide access to ideas,
stories, designs and other literary/artistic materials submitted to it from outside
sources or being developed by its own employees and that such
ideas/stories/designs/literary/artistic materials may be competitive with,
similar to (or even identical to) the posted comment/question and that
Sponsor shall have no liability to you or any third party in conjunction
therewith; and (b) Sponsor does not have any duty of confidentiality or other
fiduciary duty to you relative to your comment/question.

COMMENTS/QUESTIONS REPRESENT SOLELY THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF

THE APPLICABLE PROSPECTIVE ENTRANT AND DO NOT REFLECT THE
VIEWS/OPINIONS OF SPONSOR IN ANY MANNER. SPONSOR IS MERELY
ENCOURAGING PERSONS TO POST A COMMENT/QUESTION AND
DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONJUNCTION WITH SAME.
SPONSOR WILL NOT EDIT OR MODIFY COMMENTS/QUESTIONS
SUBMITTED DURING THE EAGLE CREEK CONVERGE LIVE EVENT.

5. WINNER DETERMINATION. The winners will be selected in a random drawing

from among all eligible entries received. (Provided that the entry includes a valid
comment/question as per these Official Rules, the content of the
comment/question will NOT be taken into account in the winner selection
procedure.) The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on February 2, 2016 at
the conclusion of the Event. Potential winners will be notified via direct message
(in addition to being publicly announced at the conclusion of the Event; IT IS A
POTENTIAL WINNERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIRM THAT HIS/HER
FACEBOOK PRIVACY SETTINGS ALLOW FOR SPONSOR TO CONTACT
 HIM/HER VIA THE EAGLE CREEK FACEBOOK PAGE. Potential winners must
respond to the prize notification direct message within (48) hours of Sponsor
sending same so as to commence the prize claim procedure and may also be
required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a
Publicity Release (where legal) within an indicated time period. If potential winner
cannot be contacted for any reason (including but not limited to the prize
notification direct message being returned as undeliverable or if potential winner
does not respond to the prize notification direct message within the designated
(48) hour period), is determined to be ineligible or not in compliance with these
Official Rules or fails to timely sign/return Affidavit/Release (if applicable), the
prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from among all remaining,
non-winning eligible entries received. Entrants agree to these Official Rules
and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

6. PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING. GRAND PRIZE (1) - Converge Weekend Bag

and Pack-It Set, consisting of: (a) Converge Weekend Bag; (b) Pack-It
Converge Garment Sleeve; (d) Pack-It Converge 2-Sided Cube; (e) Pack-It
Converge Toiletry Cube; (f) Pack-It Converge Compression Cube (Medium);
and (g) Pack-It Converge Compression Cube (Small). Total Approximate
Retail Value of Grand Prize: $440. RUNNER-UP PRIZE (1) Converge
Backpack. Approximate Retail Value of Runner-Up Prize: $119. Total
Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: $559. Limit of one (1) prize per family,
household or address. Prizes must be accepted by winner as awarded.
Prize/prize components may be subject to availability as to color. Actual item(s)
awarded as prize may differ from corresponding Converge product(s) as
shown during Event or in other Sweepstakes advertising; and, Sponsor expressly
disclaims any and all liability in conjunction therewith. Prizes are not transferable
except with Sponsors permission, which may be granted or withheld in
Sponsors sole discretion and without liability of any kind. No prize substitution
permitted except by Sponsor due to unavailability of prize or any component of
prize (as applicable) for any reason and only then for prize/prize component of
equal or greater value. Prizes are NOT redeemable or exchangeable by winner
for cash. Applicable taxes on prize (if any) and unspecified expenses related to
the acceptance/use of prize are winners sole responsibility. Prize will only be
shipped to a street address in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico); for
Grand Prize, individual Converge Weekend Bag and Pack-It Set products may
be shipped separately. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number
of eligible entries (i.e., valid comments/questions posted on the Eagle
Creek Facebook page during Event) received.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. Sponsors computer is the official clock for

all purposes of the Sweepstakes. For details regarding the collection/use of your
personal information in conjunction with the Sweepstakes, please review
Sponsors privacy policy at shop.eaglecreek.com/privacy. By accepting a prize,
where legal, winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image for
advertising/trade/publicity purposes by Sponsor and its designees without further
 compensation or notice. By participating, entrant releases and agrees to hold
harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective
directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as Facebook, from any and all
liability arising from the Sweepstakes or the receipt, acceptance, use or misuse
of any prize (or part thereof, as applicable). If Event and/or this Sweepstakes
cannot be conducted as originally planned due to any cause beyond Sponsors
control whether or not reasonably foreseeable by Sponsor (e.g., computer virus,
act of fraud, natural disaster), Sponsor may cancel/suspend/modify Sweepstakes
and pick the winners from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after
action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in any manner determined by Sponsor in its
sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules;
notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on the official Eagle Creek
Facebook page. Tampering with the Sweepstakes or violation of Rules will result
in disqualification; but, disqualification shall not represent the sole remedy
available to Sponsor. (By way of example only, tampering includes use of
programmed or automated methods of Sweepstakes entry and/or acting in an
inappropriate or abusive manner toward the Event host or attendees). Sponsors
failure to enforce any provision of these Rules is NOT a waiver of such provision.
Any dispute or claim regarding the Sweepstakes will be resolved pursuant to the
internal, substantive law of California. Any such dispute/claim must be brought
individually (NOT as part of a class action) in U.S. federal or state court in San
Diego County, California, with recovery being limited to ones actual costs in
participating in the Sweepstakes (if any) with all damages or other forms of
recovery being expressly waived. If any provision of these Official Rules is
determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or
unenforceable, it shall be replaced by a substitute provision that most closely
approximates the original intent of Sponsor and is valid, legal and enforceable.
The invalidity/illegality/unenforceability of a given provision shall not affect the
remainder of these Official Rules.

8. WINNERS LIST. For names of winners (first name, last initial), send an e-mail
request to EagleCreekPR@vfc.com with Eagle Creek Converge Live Event
Winners in the subject line. Winners list will be available after February 6, 2017;
winners list request must be received by February 3, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific
Time.
