PRICE : Ex-Works.

GST : EXTRA AS APPLICABLE AT THE TIME OF SUPPLY. Current rate is @18%.

DELIVERY : Within 8-9 weeks from the date of receipt of final drawing approval at our end with
unconditional manufacturing clearance and receipt of advance payment whichever is later..
Please note that above delivery is given in good faith, not guaranteed under any penalty and
subject to force majeure condition. However to meet your actual delivery period, we request
you to discuss with our Marketing Department. Please note that in case of delay in lifting the
Transformer against agreed delivery period, an interest of 24% per annum will be chargeable
on pro rata basis.

VALIDITY : This offer will be kept open for 15 days from the date of this offer and thereafter subject to
our confirmation in writing.

PAYMENT : 50% of basic price along with taxes and duties with order and balance along with all taxes and
duties after inspection at our works but before despatch against Proforma Invoice. Inspection
can be done by you or your appointed third party at your cost. Prior intimation will be given by
us for inspection.

ENTRY TAX, OCTROI : Entry tax , Octroi and other levies if any will be charged extra at actual to your account.

SPARES : Spares, if any required will be supplied at extra cost

GUARANTEE : 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of despatch which ever
is earlier, under proper usage for any manufacturing defects. Further details are available in our
Operating Manual supplied along with Transformer.

TRANSPORTATION : Transportation is not included in our scope of work. Unloading at site, subsequent
safe storage, erection, Site Testing and Commissioning etc. are not included in our scope.

TESTS : We offer only Routine Tests as per IS-2026 for customer inspection at our works on
NO CHARGE BASIS. All other tests like type tests & special tests is required would
be charged extra. Please note that all test charges would attract GST at the same rate as that of
main transformer.

DISCLAIMER : While all efforts are made to check pricing & other error inadvertent error do occur from time to
time and ESENNAR reserve the right to decline the order arriving from such error.

JURISDICTION : Any disputes in connection with this transaction shall be addressed in court of competent
jurisdiction In HYDERABAD only.
