Friends I was badly dependent on Shan Biryani Masala until I found Raheela

Masroors special biryani recipe in this group..

I have no words to thank her.. May ALLAH give barkat to her food n keep her family
always happy.

She has shared share the recipe with pics..

I jot down down the steps in the most easiest way that I could.

If u search in the group with RAHEELA MASROOR Biryani.. u can easily see all the
pics.

Here goes the recipie

For 1 kg rice..

1. Fry onions kg onions for kg rice.


2. (10 green chillies+8 cloves of garlic+1 piece of ginger) make paste.
3. Add the above paste in fried onions.
4. Now prepare masalas (bay leaf+ whole garam masala (long+ cinnamon
sticks + black pepper)+ turmeric powder + red chili powder+ dhania
powder . mix with little water.
5. Add meat and fry. Now add the masala that is prepared in step no.4.
6. Now add kg tomatoes( I add 2 big size) and yogurat (1 pao). Cook till the
meat is tender.
7. Make special aroma powder (jifal javetri (nutmug) +long+badyan phool)
grind them.
8. Separately boil potatoes.
9. Add (half fry onion+3 lemon cut in slices+special aroma masala) in boled
potatoes(PS.. at this stage I only add the special aroma masal step 7)
10.Now add 10 aaloo bukhra ( dried plum) + 4 tbs yoghurt+4 lemon squeezed +
2tbsp kewra water.( PS.. I only add aalo bukhra) in boiled potatoes.
11.Add potatoes in cooking mixture .
12.Ricein a bg pot add water(zeera +badyan ka phool+salt).. when water
comes to boil add ur soaked rice in it.
