If the piece of furniture is from my inventory there will be a 50% down payment
required before painting or services begin.
If the piece of furniture belongs to the customer a 25% down payment is required
before painting or service begins.
All based on estimated cost.
All Sales are Final. No Refunds.
Completed pieces must be paid for within 7 days of completion notice. Completed pieces must be
picked up within 14 days after completion notice. If payment or pick up is not within time stated all
deposit and items are forfeited by the customer, and become the property of Sandis Thrifty Dcor &
Design. If notification is not given that piece(s) are complete by date contracted a late fee of $10 per
day, will reduce the amount due.
