Participants Consent(Form-4)

I agree to participate in the Korean Language Program at Geumgang University

Language Center in full compliance with the items outlined below:

1. I understand the purpose of the Korean Language Program at Geumgang

Universitys Language Center. I have fully considered my study plans and am

aware of the potential health risks that may occur during its duration. In

particular, I understand that any health conditions or personal accidents which

may occur during this program are my sole responsibility, and in the case that

these should occur I will not seek compensation in any form from Geumgang

University.

2. I understand the purpose and nature of this program. I will be supportive of any

official requests from Geumgang University and will obey University rules as

well as the laws of Korea.

3. If a student on scholarship leaves GGU during the semester, they will be required

to pay the complete tuition fees.
