Dear Sir,

Please be informed that according to Bangladesh Bank DFIM circular Letter No. 03 on dated 28 Jan 2014,
FATCA has instructed to share all data regarding US Passport holders, who live in Bangladesh and
maintaining an A/C with Bangladeshi local Bank.

In this regard, every local bank has to submit their all related data to IRS in a secured way (https;//)
through XML file in a zip mode. Therefore they have recommended a SSL certificate which has been
mentioned in page 12(Document Attached).

Hence, we are providing the SSL Certificate(Premium partner of Symantec, Geo Trust & Thawte) as well
as entire service solution for XML file transfer to FATCA) in this regard.

Also note that XML file sharing to IRS/ FATCA has already been expired on dated 31st March but still
there is chance to send the data to IRS/ FATCA which has been published in FATCA web site.

Hence, we are submitting to you a proposal for entire solution including XML file transfer support as
per your request.

No security deposit or additional charges can be imposed
