Escaping The Body

I was at my neighbors house and I heard weird noises, so I
went upstairs and I saw Bob. Bob shrunk me and him so I
sprinted downstairs and I got stuck in some pizza. Then Bobs
brother Jeff took a humongous bite out of the pizza and my
adventure began.

I entered the mouth and I saw how the digestive system started. The saliva was sticky
and the tongue felt like a giant bounce house. I bounded to the back of the tongue and
then I got swallowed. So, I went down the esophagus.

The esophagus is a tube that connects the mouth to the stomach. Going down
the esophagus was like going down a huge waterslide. After I went down the
esophagus, I landed in the stomach. The stomach was breaking down the pizza
even more with the gastric juices. The stomach was like a big hot tub. Then I
went in the small intestine which is the organ that squeezes all of the nutrients
out of the food. When it squeezed me and the pizza it felt like a slimy hug.

When the nutrients got squeezed out I quickly grabbed onto some. Next me and the
nutrients got transferred to a blood cell. Meanwhile the pizza went into the large
intestine which squeezes all of the extra water and salt out of the food. Then I finally got
to a cell and the nutrients got transferred. Then the cell gave back waste.

While I was on my way back to the large intestine I saw a blood cell heading to the heart
so I jumped onto it. Riding on a blood cell was like riding on a train. On my way to the
heart I saw Bob on another blood cell. After he saw me he leaped on the blood cell I
was on. Then he pushed me but I grabbed him and we both fell into the bloodstream.

I got back on and I pulled Bob back on. We cant keep fighting we've been friends for
years! I exclaimed. But I cant forgive you for eating my cupcake! Bob yelled. Is that
what all this is about? That was last year! I said. Then we just stared at each other.
Then Bob smiled. Then I smiled, and before we knew it we started hysterically.

We need to stop fighting I said. Bob agreed and we stopped fighting.

We became friends again. Then we reached the heart which pumped us to the alveoli.
Then we got breathed out. Then we flew out of the nose. The next day we grew back to
our normal size and I went home.
