I was initially impressed with Benjamin Hillards enthusiasm, communication skills and
professional demeanor when he came in to sub at Staley Middle School. During the few
months he has subbed at Staley, he consistently demonstrated all of these qualities and
more.

Ben is punctual, reliable, dedicated and upbeat. Ben multitasks effectively and is able to
handle changing between different classrooms as needed. He has great connection
with the students and relentless perseverance to always help them understand the
lesson.

Of particular value to me as our district is always looking for is a team player mind-set,
enthusiastic embrace of change, ability to work with minimal supervision and
unwavering commitment to exceeding student expectations. I regularly received
unsolicited praise from other teachers commending Bens outstanding level of
commitment, professionalism and follow-through with our students.
