I am amendable to all the terms and conditions regarding my reservation that Forbes
Hall has explained to me during the sales inquiry.

I understand that this Reservation Fee in the amount of TWO THOUSAND PESOS
(P2,000) is NON-REFUNDABLE should I decide not to push through with the booking at
Forbes Hall, but the same will be deducted from my payment for my security deposit
upon my booking.

This reservation fee will expire exactly fourteen (14) days after I made this reservation.
Therefore, I agree to book and settle all payments on or before the said date, otherwise
my slot and reservation fee shall be forfeited.
