ELECTRONIC CHECK POLICY

I hereby authorize the University to initiate debit entries to my
Depository, according to the terms below, and for my Depository to
debit the same to such account. In the event that this electronic
payment is returned for 'Non-Sufficient Funds or any reasons, I
understand that a return fee of $25.00 will be applied to my account.

REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Refund
If you cancel your registration by withdrawing from all your classes
before the first official day of classes for any term, you are entitled
to a full refund of tuition and refundable fees minus a $15.00
administrative fee/matriculation fee. (The matriculation fee does
not apply to UH Victoria Students.)

Withdrawal Refund
Students who officially withdraw from all of their classes on or after
the first official class day may be eligible for partial refund of tuition
and refundable fees, according to the following schedule:

Fall and Spring100% Prior to first class day

80% During first five class days
70% During second five class days
50% During third five class days
25% During fourth five class days
(No refund after fourth five class days)

Summer 100% Prior to first class day

 80% During first, second, or third class day
50% During fourth, fifth, or sixth class day
(No refund seventh class day and thereafter)

Drop Course Refunds

The refund policy for dropped courses differs from the refund policy
on total withdrawals. Students who drop classes on or before the
12th class day of a fall or spring semester or on or before the fourth
class day of a summer session and who remain enrolled in the
university for that semester may be refunded the applicable tuition
and fees for classes dropped. If you are attending the 'MINI' session,
your census date will be a deciding factor.
