Subject: Preventive Maintenance of Thirty Two (32) units SF6 Circuit Breaker

Sir;

We proposed to undertake the completion of the above-mentioned subject with the following:

SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Mobilization of personnel and equipment at site.
2. Coordination to the project in-charge prior to proceed with any activity.
3. Conduct safety orientation meeting and discuss the possible hazard on the work to perform.
4. Assist the Project in-charge in switching of the SF6 Circuit Breaker.
5. Draw-out the SF6 Circuit Breaker and de-dusting/cleaning of insulators.
6. Check finger contact for sign of arc flash.
7. Check mechanical and electrical charging for proper operation.
8. Check mechanical and electrical closing and tripping for proper operation.
9. Visual inspection of mechanical for worn-out gear.
10. Visual inspection of electrical for peeled-off insulation and sign of loose connection.
11. Simulation test of trip contact if working properly.
12. Exercise closing and tripping operation.
13. Conduct contact resistance (DLRO) test.
14. Conduct Hi-pot test or Insulation Resistance test.
15. Conduct contact timing test.
16. Conduct SF6 gas pressure test using owner supplied charging manifold.
17. Submission of initial test result and recommendation.
18. Draw-in the SF6 Circuit Breaker.
19. Assist in energization of the SF6 Circuit Breaker.
20. Turn-over and demobilization.

1. Use of testing equipment, tools, labor and technical supervision.

1. Payment -
2. Completion time -Within thirty to forty five (30-45) minutes per breaker with two to
three (2-3) mobilization depending on end user schedule.
3. Validity - Within thirty (30) days subject to final confirmation thereafter.
