Description of how to implement in the class: The students would first watch
the created video on Power Point. This will explain the use of how to use Microsoft
Word in a creative and useful way for the students. With the tips given on the video, I
would allow them time to be acquainted with the use of productivity tool on the
platform they choose. This can be on the computer, tablet or mobile device.
After familiarizing themselves with the tool, we would move to using the tool to solve
problems within their given groups. This would allow them to practice not only doing
the work, but also using the software as if they were away from their classmates. This
will increase their efficiency and productivity inside and outside the classroom.
Level of Technology Implementation (LoTi): The students would be on level 4 of
LoTi. They would use productivity tools in a collaborative and higher learning way.
They are at the center of the use and using the tools to expand on what they have
learned.
Description of the sample spreadsheet and graph/chart provided *: I have
decided to go with a presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint. This will allow the
students to use the instructions at a pace they choose as well as have an example of
reference.
Other comments about your proposed spreadsheet/graph/chart activity: This
activity will allow the student to practice and learn the current work as well as gain
experience on how to use these tools to practice outside of the classroom.
