The following questions are designed to provide us with more insight into your skills and
competencies and will be used in assessing your application. You can use examples from all
aspects of your academic, working or social life to demonstrate your capabilities but we ask
that you use a different example for each question.

Question 1: Describe a time when you have persevered against the odds and overcome
obstacles to achieve a goal. Explain how you approached the situation, what
difficulties you were faced with and what the outcome was.
