Her leadership abilities have shown through her ability to coach and mentor our younger staff and by serving as a resource for our veteran staff. Ashley is someone that I can count on when I need something done right. Ashley is someone that always follows through with her plans but can also adapt to any changes that may arise. Ashley is always coming up with innovative new activities to enhance the camp day for her campers. She has been able to utilize community resources to enhance our existing programs.
