DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Assignment, made and executed by and between:

FULGOSO M. POBRE is a Filipino, of legal age and a resident of 666 Payatas, Quezon
City, (hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNOR);

-and-

MARIMAR D. SANTIBAEZ is a Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of #143

Dasmarias Village, Makati City, (hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNEE);

-WITNESSETH-

That the ASSIGNOR contracted a loan with the ASSIGNEE on October 19, 2015,
in the sum of One Million Pesos (Php 1, 000, 000.00) payable in twenty- four (24)
months in equal installments with a stipulated interest of One Percent (1%) per month
and an acceleration clause.

That the ASSIGNOR failed to pay the principal amount due together with interest
in the total amount of One Million Two Hundred Forty Thousand pesos (P 1, 240,
000.00) despite demand from Plaintiff and in full payment and complete satisfaction
thereof hereby assign, transfer and convey unto the ASSIGNEE a Sarao Jeepney with
Plate Number SUS 098 of which the ASSIGNOR is the registred owner, his ownership
thereto being evidenced by OR/CR No._________ issued by the Land Transpiration
Office Quezon City Field Office; a copy of which is attached herewith as Annex A and
made an integral part thereof

That the ASSIGNEE does hereby accept the assignment in full payment of the
above mentioned debt.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed this Deed on May 16, 2016 at
Makati City, Philippines.
