I am a DBBL savings account holder at elephant road branch. I have a Nexus Card
but I have to go abroad for a business purpose and need a VISA Electron Card.

1. Sensing a Communication Need: I have to go abroad in next month and I
may have to make many transactions there but I dont have any Visa Electron
Card which can solve my problem.
2. Defining the Situation: A bank Officer can help me to get a Visa Electron
Card.
3. Considering Possible Communication Strategies: What strategy should I
use? Is it oral or e-mail or in written form?
4. Selecting a Course of Action: I think I should go physically to make a face
to face conversation.
5. Composing the Message:
Sender: Assalamuwalaikum Sir. I need your help.
Receiver: Walaikumassalam . How can I help you?
Sender: I need a Visa Electron Card.
6. Sending Message:
Sender: Can you tell me what is the procedure of getting Visa electron
Card ? What documents do I need to apply for the Electron Card?

card within 15 days. I will inform you to collect your card and this is the
procedure to get Visa Electron Card.
