Employee health and safety issues at workplace

a) The viral issue happen in Fecca company were employee health and safety at

workplace, Se Cheng reported this issue within the meeting and notice the

production line worker does not obey the safety rules and regulation while they

performing their work.

b) PoayMeng suggested sporting check the employee randomly without routine so

that the front line employee will more discipline because they afraid they are

being monitor and wearing their safety equipment from time to time.
c) Tzi Yan and Xin Yi were assign to create an equipment check list and its schedule

for the safety manager it is to ensure the safety equipment in whole organization

are always ready and in good condition.

d) Discussion of this issue is very success and all the management includes in the

meeting were agreed arrangement assigned.

Misuse at company property

a) The human resource manager reported that a group of company employee misuse

of company property and this issue has caused the company in extra spending.
b) PoayMeng and Se Cheng have investigated the causes of this issue arise; this is

because the employee take back the resources like toiletry, stationary and pantry

to their home for own use.

c) Tzi Yan was suggesting taking disciplinary action or warning to the worker

included in this issue.

d) Xin Yi was assigned to lead the temporary investigation group of this issue.
