Given the current status of our permit applications, I humbly ask for an extension of

twenty (20) working days from the receipt of this letter. We can confidently say that
granted this extension, our establishment can comply with the needed permits.
With regard to the application of Hazardous Waste Generator ID which requires a
PCO accreditation number, I commit that as soon as I, the PCO designate complete
the training and accreditation, will register our establishment as a Hazardous Waste
Generator. I cannot specify a definite date since my PCO accreditation is dependent
on the date for the advance training of PCO. AMC Consultancy Services has not
provided a definite date as to when the advanced training will start.
With this, I deeply apologize for the delays that our establishment has made. I am
hoping for your kind consideration.
