TOCKINGTON Pane Ne IN Col Wert erele TOCKINGTON HEADMASTER’S CORNER We start our first Tracker back after half term with more senior school success. This time we congratulate Katie Shutt (Year 6) on securing a Deferred Place in to Year 9 at Haberdashers Monmouth School for Girls in 2019. We also offer congratulations to Harry Huby (Year 7) who has secured a Deferred Place at Cheltenham College in to Year 9 for September 2018. This week our hard working Year 8 pupils have been sitting their Common Entrance Mock Examinations in preparation for the real thing next term. Their results will be ready next Thursday. Well done to Year 2 and our Street Dance Club for their assembly this morning and thank you to the many musicians who took part in this week's Informal Concert. This followed the wonderful concert that took place just before Half Term with the boys from Monmouth. Looking ahead to next term, tickets are selling quickly for the FOTM Midsummer Ball on 26 May so please contact Mrs Symonds soon to avoid disappointment. Please also remember to place 17" June in your diaries for the FOTM Family Fun Day. This year we will be celebrating the school's 70" Anniversary with a music themed afternoon. The triathlons will take place, as normal, in the morning. More details will follow in due course. ith PO tl ene TOCKINGTON MANOR SCHOOL TOCKINGTON OUTSTANGING ACHIEVEMENT IN EFFORT GRADES Awarded to: Violet Gibbs + Poppy Newman Stirling Rolls Elizabeth Allan-Jones Sophie Cresswell Jeanne Veron Anna Baber Oliver Hill Lily Edwards Georgina Loring Charlotte Gill Isabel Browning IMPROVEMENT IN EFFORT GRADES Awarded to: Alexander Cresswell + George Bloomfield Barney Bishop Rafael Rey-Jones Alexander Nguyen Billy Rowe Corey Pook Archie West Stephanie Taylor Isaac Bienemann Carmen Rey-Jones Jimena Garat Welldone to all, keep up the good work! th By AREER A TOCKINGTON MANOR SCHOOL TOCKINGTON YEAR 5 TRAFFIC STUDY Year 5 worked hard on their data collectionon a very sunny February morning 196 vehicles passed us between 8.15 - 9.15am, the 2nd highest recorded total.
