Dear Shri Chasie,
Thank you very much for accepting our invitation to be one of the Members of the Regional
Selection Committee (RSC) under the Cultural Talent Search Scholarship Scheme for the year
2015-16 implemented by CCRT.
As informed earlier, the RSC Meeting to recommend the candidates for award of
scholarships in the field of Traditional Folk Arts Forms & Theatre etc.from Assam,
Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland & Sikkimthrough performance
test/interview of about 40 new candidates and 40 old Scholarshipholders will be held as
per the following schedule:

There is a provision of a token honorarium of `2000/- for attending the meeting and in
addition to that you will be reimbursed to & fro actual 2 nd AC Rail fare/Bus fare from the
nearest Railway Station/Bus stand of your City and the Venue. The to & fro taxi fare from
your residence to the Railway/Bus Station and to the venue of the meeting will also be
reimbursed. The accommodation charges at any reasonable hotel of the city will also be
reimbursed. Kindly bring photocopies of your journey tickets and original bills of hired
accommodation along with you for reimbursement at the time of the meeting.
