Sub: BAHUROOPI-2022-23, Rastriya Rangotsav at Mysuru.

We have great pleasure to inform you that your play “Bodas De Sangre” has been selected to
perform at Bahuroopi Rastriya Rangotsav at Rangayana, Mysuru from 8th to 15th of December,2022.

1. We welcome your team to perform at Vanaranga open Air Theatre Rangayana premises.
2. Travel expenditure by train 3A fare will take care of.
3. All team members will be paid normal D.A of Rs.350/- per day.
4. A nominal remuneration of Rs. 55,000/- will be paid by cheque/RTGS to your group’s name.
All the payment will be paid through NEFT.
5. Please submit your pan card number and bank details to deduct TDS.
6. Local expenses and contingency of Rs. 5000/-will be paid.
7. We shall take care of your local hospitality of lodging and local transportation.
8. The hospitality will be extended to the groups only for two nights and three days (one day
prior to the performance and the group should vacate the next day of performance). Kindly
co-operate.
9. We have hereby enclosed forms. Please fill Annexure-1 and send it back to us at the earliest
with all the details.
10. We request you to kindly confirm participation.

Kindly, note that, the brochure work has already started. We need all materials like
photographs. Play synopsis, about the group, about the Director and playwright for the brochure
immediately. This will help our work to progress.

Date of performance- 13.12.2022 in Vanaranga open Air Theatre at 7.30 pm
