Good afternoon, this is Kayoung Oh in WTA.

This is the last call to ask you for your e-ticket submission.
I haven't received your e-ticket so far, and unfortunately the due date for submission is 17th (11:30 am Korean Time).
We have Korean Thanksgiving day from 18th, so we have to arrange your accommodation and ground transportation completely by 17th.
If you don't submit your e-ticket by 17th, we cannot guarantee your attendance of 2013 UW International Training Workshop.
Therefore, I would really appreciate if you send me e-ticket as soon as possible.

I hope to see you all at Daejeon!

All the speakers are listed at this time in the 3rd flier. Please see the attachment file below.

Also, please keep in your mind that the submission for your e-ticket and 5 page papers for country presentation is due on 31st August.
Please send us your e-ticket and 5 pages of presentation paper as soon as possible. We will set up your ground transportation schedule as soon as we get your flight information (e-ticket).

I have received your email, and I had read. Firstly, I want to say the great apologize for not being able to attend in 013 UNESCO-WTA International Training Workshop,
because I have the important program/activity in BAPPEDA kepulauan Riau Province at the time.

I would really appreciate if in another time/opportunity, BAPPEDA Kepulauan Riau Province with Kemenristek Republik Indonesia has to arrange a time go to Daejeon,
South Korea for the same material/substance.

I hopefully Ms. Kayoung Oh able to accept our present.
