Our Volunteer (in CC) will be checking your flight details before coming to the airport and will take
into account any delays. In case of a flight delay or any other untoward incident, if possible, please
contact the volunteer. The airport pickup volunteer will be waiting for you near the passenger
pickup area.This area is outside the airport after the baggage claim area. Please check with your
volunteer before you leave and make sure where you are meeting. If you are not able to spot the
volunteer, please call the volunteer at the above given number. Print a copy of this email and have
it in hand when you land in Columbus.

Students are expected to be proactive in searching for the permanent residence. Due to a shortage
of volunteers , ISA will not be able to provide accommodation for more than 5-7 days. Please be
