INTRODUCTION
Hi everyone; this is the third and final mailer from the NPC organizing committee. This mailer contains final information on issues like date, fee, venue et cetera. It is therefore wise for you to cautiously read it and note where necessary because we gladly await your arrival on Thursday to the great event.

ONLINE REGISTRATION
It is vital that every delegate attending the conference registers on line. No delegate will be allowed into the conference without registering on line. Please follow the link below to register on line:

DATES
The dates still remain 14th [Thursday] to 17th [Sunday], June 2012.

FEES
The fee is to be paid in Uganda Shillings on arrival to the NPC Vice president finance; Andrew .M. . . Nationals-------90,000UGX

Internationals100,000UGX No delegate will attend or enter the conference or venue if he or she has not cleared the payments to the person responsible.

VENUE
The venue still remains Uganda Wildlife Education Centre [UWEC], Entebbe.

TRAVELLING OF THE DELEGATES

The delegates will arrive at MUBS at Amule House at the AIESEC Uganda Office at 11am on Thursday 14th June 2012. The delegates will have to pay 2500UGX for transport from MUBS to UWEC. Dont forget to pack toiletries , a notebook and a pen

THEME PARTIES
We will have parties every night, so be ready to not only learn but also have fun.

The last night of the conference i.e. Sunday will be the Prom night and so it is advisable to carry that nice suit and dress for we shall be choosing the Prom Queen and King. You might be the one!!!

Please carry only what you think will be comfortable to you and dont forget the essential elements like tooth brush, comb, boxers for guys among others.

Am glad to inform you that; in stock for you, we have awesome theme parties which we will not disclose but just a sneak peak, be ready for a beach camp fire.
