ICPC Asia Amritapuri Site Onsite Regional 2021 – October 7, 8, 2022

Regional Rules

Registration – Online:

• Registration fee for ICPC Onsite Regional - INR 2650. Payment shall be made
online only. Link will be published on the website https://amrita.edu/icpc.
• Teams selected and invited for the Online Regional will be promoted on the
ICPC Portal by the Registration Chair after the completion of the payment.
Dates: September 9 to 23 (2 weeks). There is no separate registration for the
Regional Contest.
• Teams who wish to cancel the registration after the paying the fee shall do
the same latest by October 1. Teams cancelling their registration after this
date are not eligible for any fee reimbursement. However, goodies will be
sent to their address by courier/registered parcel.
Travel & Transportation
• Teams desirous of attending the regional contest shall arrange travel by their
own.
• Transportation to the site from the nearby govt. bus depot, railway station
will be arranged by the respective site - Amritapuri & Bengaluru.

Accommodation
• Hostel accommodation is provided to all the teams. Each team is allotted a
room. Contestants are also requested to bring toiletries, blankets, etc.
Blanket and hood is recommended though the climate is moderate. Check
the temperature at each site before your arrival.
• Your arrival time is required so that we can help arranging the transportation
from the nearby locations.

Registration – Onsite
Onsite registration is mandatory for all the contestants. Contestants are
required to produce their institutional identity card & Letter of Invitation to
attend the onsite regional, to complete the registration.

October 6
Accommodation starts in hostels. Contestants can arrive at hostels directly.
Show your identity cards + SMS communication from Amrita at the hostels for
the accommodation volunteers to allot rooms.
Dinner will be served on 6th to all the contestants.
October 7th

02:00 - 2:30 PM Getting Familiarised with Rules in the Contest Environment
3:30 - 04:30 PM Inaugural Ceremony, Instructions on Practice Contest
04:30 - 06:00 Practice Contest
07:00 - 09:00 Banquet Dinner
October 8th
07:00 - 09:00 - Breakfast
08:45 - Teams enter the contest arena and seated in front of the allotted
workstation
08:55 - Teams login to the Contest Platform - User ID and Password will be
provided at the workstation
09:00 AM - 02:00 PM: ICPC Asia Amritapuri Regional Contest 2021
02:00 - 03:00 - Snacks & High Tea / Coffee
03:30 - 04:30 - Problem discussion by Judges
04:30 PM - Awards & Closing Ceremony
