INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATE

1. This admit card is issued on the basis of information given by candidate while applying online. Any discrepancy found in information
given by you in online application with that mentioned in the originals shall render you ineligible to appear for the test. Errors if any in the
Admit Card are to be brought to the notice of CO of Selection Center before exam.
2. Admission to the test is subject to the production and verification of the following certificates.
(a) Original Matriculation Pass Certificate, 10+2/equivalent Marksheet & pass Certificate/
3 yrs Engineering Diploma certificate with mark sheet of all semesters, whichever is applicable.
(b) For 3 yr Engg diploma Candidates, production of Matric Marksheet is mandatory for verification
of marks in Eng, if english is not a subject in diploma.
(c) Sons of Air Force Personnel (SOAFP) are to bring original SOAFP Cerificate/Discharge Book/Service Particular Certificate
issued from DAV(as applicable)
(d) Original NCC Certificates (A/B/C), if applicable.
3. Candidates are to paste one passport size colour photograph (same photograph which was uploaded while filling the application form)
in the box provided on admit card.
4. Candidates must bring following items with them to Examination Center for the test:-
(a) Total 10 copies of latest colour passport size photographs and 06 Photostat copies of all documents produced.
(b) Shoes, shorts and vests for Physical Fitness Test. And pencil, sharpner and eraser for Written Test.
5. The tests will be conducted as scheduled even if a holiday is declared for that day at later stage.
6. Mobile phones/Calculators/Personal Digital Assistants and other electronic gadgets are NOT (R) NOT permitted inside the
examination hall/Air Force Camp.
7. Candidates with photocopies of the above Marksheets/Certificates can be permitted to appear in the test [ ONLY (R) ONLY] on
production of a certificate from School/College Principal certifying that original Educational Marksheets / Certificates are deposited with
School/College. In that case such photocopies MUST (R) MUST be attested by the principal.
8. Candidates are to bring the duly filled Consent Form as per the format given below to the Examination Venue and submit it before the
Physical Fitness Test. Candidates below 18 years of age are to get the Consent form filled and signed by their parent/guardian. The
candidates of 18 years of age and above can sign the consent form themselves.
