Narrative The above listed subject was observed failing to stop at a stop
sign on Leroy Street. The investigating officer stopped the
vehicle and observed the odor of alcoholic beverage emanating
from Dukett. Dukett failed field sobriety tests. Dukett was placed
under arrest and transported back to Potsdam Police where he
was processed. The defendants BAC was .13%. Dukett was
release on appearance tickets returnable at the above date and
time.
