Dear Ms. Bibbee,

I am writing this letter of reference for Valerie Kidd who is applying for a Master
Degree in Human Resources. I have known Valerie as a student since her last year
at BridgeValley Community and Technical College.

Valerie was in two of the more difficult classes that I taught. She was a model
student in both the Business Statistics class and the Small Business Management
class. While working full time, attending school full time and being a home maker,
Ms. Kidd was able to graduate Magna Cum Laude and qualify for membership in
the schools honor society.

Her academic ability, maturity, organizational skills, leadership ability, and

character make her a great candidate for the HR program at the great school of
Marshall University.
