My name is Martha Caudillo, I am the manager of Office Depot, the aim of this
report is to know about the results of the recent costumer survey. I have kept a
record of relevant facts of the time we asked some costumers their opinion of the
store. Also, we have chosen qualified candidates, that have been trained to, in
order, to make all the surveys to the costumers that were keen to do them.

The interviewed clients and results of the survey:


They did not like the service because the employees were sometimes rude to
them.
They could not find certain products that they were looking for.
Some products were more expensive than other stores of that category.
Some costumers liked the service of the store.
Some of them found the prices affordable.

Costumer observations and comments


Some of them observed that we needed to give more house tanning scheme to
the employees, to give a better service to the clients. Some of our clients said that
we needed to make a tailor- made, in order, to satisfy their special necessities.
Also, there were a couple of clients who did not like our policy of not returning their
money, and we did have services to fix their gadgets bought from us.

In conclusion
I recommend implementing some shop guidelines for all the employees, including
protocol with clients, store organization, how to greet them, offer information,
apologies, call them when the product they want gets to the shop, about new
products and compare prices with shops around the area to offer better deals.
