Repeat at appropriate times
Use control group if practical
Consider the cost of evaluation versus the possible benefits

RESULTS
Measures the training results, programs effectiveness i.e what impact has the
training achieved, this impact can include such as items like Monetary efficiency,
Moral Team work,

Measure on before and after training

Allow time for possible results to make place
Repeat at appropriate time
Use control group if practical
Consider the cost of evaluation versus the possible benefits

WHY- is the training needed?

WHO- are the participants?
WHAT- is the training content
WHEN- will the training place?
