Discipline Monitor
Received appreciation from our school supervisor for shouldering
this responsibility.

Reading and Writing

I am very fond of reading. I also have flair for writing. My writing was
often appreciated by teachers. I have won a few essay competitions
securing first place.

Football
I am passionate about football and played it for several years now. I played
for Kahaani Football Club for nearly 2 years and participated in various
tournaments like the Sintex Cup, R Madhavan Cup and Graffiti Football Cup
to name a few. I represented the school team at the prestigious Claris
Football tournament which is organised by the Times Of India.

Tennis
Played tennis for several years. I received training at Shreyas Foundation
and PITA in Ahmedabad.

Athletics
Participated in various sports events held at school, NID and my housing
society. In the process, I have won many accolades at these events.

Technology
Have knowledge of C++ language, OOP and SQL. I am also adept with HTML
language. I have understanding of network protocols and upcoming hardware.

Workshop Participation
Photography - 2016
Learnt photography from Mr Saurabh Srivastava at the National Institute of
Design, Ahmedabad. This five day workshop focused on creative photography,
understanding compositions and applying technical aspects of a DSLR camera.

National Summer Camp on Entrepreneurial Stimulation - 2013

A workshop conducted by the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India
(EDI), Ahmedabad to facilitate development of the entrepreneurial skills.

Creativity with Paper Craft - 2010

A five day workshop conducted by Mr. N. N. Patel at the National Institute of
Design, Ahmedabad. It focused on improvising hand skills and expressing
ones creativity with paper.

Toy Design - 2010

Attended a workshop conducted by Prof Cindy Gould of Iowa University at
the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. This five day workshop
focused on basic knitting skills for making toys.

Make your own Website - 2009

A workshop conducted by Mr. Bhaumik Nagar at the National Institute
of Design, Ahmedabad. I learnt basic skills to make a website.
Basic Calligraphy - 2009
Through this week long workshop, I learnt calligraphy skills and
handling of different tools and techniques. The workshop was
conducted by Mr. Amit Kharsani.

Awards and Achievements

1st International English Olympiad - 2011
Secured 2nd Rank in school, 5th in the city, 10th in the state and 275th in
the world thereby passing with a distinction of 97.95 percentile.

Marrs International Spelling Bee - 2010-2011
Qualified school level and city level to participate in the State level competition.

50x4 Relay Race - 2012

Won a gold medal. The event was held on the annual sports day at school.

7th International Mathematics Olympiad - 2013-2014

Secured 3rd rank in school and won a bronze medal in the
Mathematics Olympiad.

6th English Olympiad - 2015 - 2016

Scored 51/60 thereby securing 18th rank in Gujarat zone with 96.38 percentile.

Problem Solving Assessment (PSA 2014-2015)

Scored 96.85 percentile in language conventions, 98.16 percentile in
qualitative reasoning and 94.70 percentile in quantitative reasoning.
