THE REMOTE SURVEY (RECCE)

LOCATION VISIT SHEET

Production title: Where Is My Mind Pixies, music video

Producer: George Payne

Date of survey: 9/3/17 Proposed filming

date: 10th April

Location: 38 Upper Bristol Road, Milton, Weston-Super-Mare, BS228DA

Permission needed: Kerry Hall, 07789690751

Traffic problems:
I will be filming inside so there will be no issues with sound or visuals of cars. I
wont be using any audio other than my chosen song so any unwanted audio
wont be an issue at all.

Local conditions:
The weather will not affect filming because I am filming inside.

Intrusions:
There will be no intrusions from passers-by, music, airplanes/trains/cars and
general interruptions to filming, because the filming is inside.

Continuity:
Nothing is going to change to the location which would affect the continuity.

Electricity/Lighting issues/Sound
I will have access to an electricity supply which I need as I am using a projector
for this filming day, and can also use for the cameras. I do not need any lighting
equipment as I need the location to be as dark as possible. Sound is not an issue.

Set dressing:
For this shoot I need the room as dark as possible so Im going to have my actor
against a black background which I need to add to the set. This is the only thing
needed as this is a really simple set design.

Welfare:
There will be refreshments provided to crew and talent at location but there is
two corner shops a 30 second walk away from the location if anything else is
wanted. Toilets are at the location.
The nearest hospital is Weston General Hospital, Grange Rd, Weston-super-Mare
BS23 4TQ. Number: 01934 636363. In Emergencies call 999.
It takes 10 minutes to get to the hospital in the car. There are 4 buses that get to
the hospital, the best option is the Crossville 105, because it goes directly from
Upper Bristol Road to inside the hospital grounds.

Parking/Public transport to location:

There is a driveway if anyone drives to the location. The 105 Crossville bus goes
directly to Upper Bristol Road, which runs every 30 minutes. The First 7/Crossville
7 goes to Milton Road which is just down the hill from Upper Bristol Road, which
runs more regularly.
Possible dates for filming:
Between 10th-23rd of April.
