Location: A108 TV Studio, Weston College University Campus, Loxton

Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 4QU

Permission needed: Gina Hele, gina.hele@weston.ac.uk

Traffic problems: As filming will be inside, sounds and visuals from cars will not
be an issue.

Local conditions: As filming will be inside, the weather will not be an issue.

Intrusions: As there will be no audio recorded, any interruptions will not affect
filming. I will also turn the do not enter light above the door on so that people
wont interrupt filming.

Continuity: There will be no issues with continuity because all filming will be
with a plain white background.

Electricity/Lighting issues/Sound There is an electricity supply, I will need if I

chose to use extra lighting. As this will be a quick shoot, I dont anticipate using
all the battery in the camera, but if needed I could plug the camera into the wall.
Sound will not be an issue because audio isnt being recorded.

Set dressing: I dont need anything else for my set dressing, Its just a plain
white background.

Welfare:(can your crew/talent get refreshments and use toilets, do they need to
stay overnight near filming location?) We will be in college so there is access to
toilets, food from the canteen or Costa. There is a spar, kebab shop and chip
shop a minute walk away from the college.
The nearest hospital is
Weston General Hospital,
Grange Rd, Weston-Super-
Mare, BS23 4TQ. Number:
01934 636363. The hospital
is less than a 10-minute walk
but In Emergencies call 999.

Parking/Public transport
to location:

There is a free car park at

the college. The 7 First bus

and 107 Crossville bus go directly to the college.
