A few years ago, mobile BI was massively pushed by vendors who tried to differentiate themselves
with this technology, but adoption is still progressing rather slowly. Nevertheless, it is still a highly
relevant feature for delivering information to decision-makers, as well as for operational BI.
Qlik Sense’s modern architecture and blazingly fast query response through in-memory make it an

As a result, the tool ranks as a leader in three of its peer groups.

Viewpoint

The Performance Satisfaction of users is influenced by the expected response time versus the time
it takes to complete any interaction with the tool. The KPI is calculated by considering complaints
about inferior performance.
Fast query performance is one of the most important criteria when purchasing analytics and BI soft-
ware, while slow performance is one of the most common problems. Customers selecting software
with remarkable performance have more satisfied users and achieve more benefits through analyt-
ics. QlikView customers have decisively fewer complaints about performance than users of compet-
ing products, resulting in leading positions in three of its peer groups.
