Permission needed: None as it is a public space

Traffic problems: traffic from nearby could distort the audio, this shouldn’t be an issue as we plan to
not use audio within our final edit.

Local conditions: Weather conditions may affect the filming as if it is raining, we will not be able to
get the shots that we want, this shouldn’t be an issue as we are keeping up with the weather to find
the best time to film there.

Intrusions: There could be intrusions with people walking into shot, but this shouldn’t be too much
of an issue as we are wanting scenic shots as well as ones of our actor walking so, we can film them
multiple times.

Continuity: The lighting could change due to the time of day that we are planning to film, the
weather could also change making the lighting and set look different from shot to shot.

Electricity/Lighting issues/Sound: We should not have any issues with Electricity as we will not have
access whilst we are on locations. We plan to use natural lighting, due to filming outside we will be
checking the weather to make sure that we can get the best lighting. Sound should not be an issue
as we plan to not use audio.

Set dressing: We will not be set dressing as we want the area to look as natural as possible.

Welfare: We have a first aid kit on hand to help with any injuries that may occur whilst we film.

Parking/Public transport to location: There parking near where we plan to film and a bus that stops
nearby which means we would have to walk for 5 – 10 minutes.
