Location: Weston Woods

Permission needed: None as it is our family home.

Traffic problems: traffic from outside could affect the audio of the footage, this will not be too much
of a problem however as we plan to film as the back of the house where there is limited traffic as it is
a residential parking area, we are also not planning to use audio.

Local conditions: Weather conditions may affect the filming as we may not get the natural light that
we would like for our scenes, but this is not an issue as we can use fluorescent lighting instead .

Intrusions: The only intrusions will be other members of our family walking into shot but this should
not be an issue as we are going to inform them of what is happening beforehand.

Continuity: The lighting could change due to the time of day that we are planning to film, as we plan
to film board games being played this should not affect us too much.

Electricity/Lighting issues/Sound: We should not have any issues with Electricity as we do not plan
to have any equipment or props connected to any plug sockets. We plan to use a mix of natural
lighting and fluorescent lighting. We should not have an issue with sound as we are not using audio
equipment or planning to use the sound caught by the camera in our final edit.

Set dressing: We will be using open and closed boardgames to set dress, this is because we plan film
board games being played to link to our idea of having to play these games as an adult.

Welfare: We have a first aid kit on hand to help with any injuries that may occur whilst we film.

Parking/Public transport to location: There is parking in front of the house, the parking behind the
house cannot be used as it is private property with designated spaces to the occupants that have
access to the parking provided. There is also a bus stop that is a 5-minute walk from the house with a
bus that stops there once an hour.
