1. 47 year old, female patient who complains headache with of transient


loss of vision and that she can "hear noises" within her skull on
movement. Her psychiatric examination is normal.g
2. A 24 year old female complaining of a unilateral, throbbing
headache, with nausea and light sensitivity, who prefers to rest in a
quiet room when the headache occurs.b
3. An 78 year old male who complains of headache and severe jaw pain
after eating, with fever and pain over the temporal area. e
4. A 45 year old female who presents as a walk-in patient with an
extremely severe, 10/10 headache. On neurologic exam, the patient has
3/5 power in both lower limbs bilaterally, with hypertonicity. h
5. A 40 year old male who complains of a severe headache that "comes
and goes," with feelings of palpitations. i
6. A 34 year old male who complains of a severe unilateral pain around
the eye, associated with ipsilateral rhinorrhoea and watering of eyes.d
7. A 34 year old woman who complains of severe distress due to the
onset of sudden, painful, 10/10 shocks over the area of the cheek. f
