OBJECTIVE(S): Talk about leisure activities using adverbs and expressions of


frequency. Review present continuous.

-Review present simple for 3rd person verbs. Explain the classification for
irregular verbs and put a stack of cards on the desk. Ss will classify the verbs
according to the rules..20 min.
-ACTIVITY: Give ss papers with questions written on them.. They will interview
one another and write their answers on their notebooks. Ask each ss to tell
aloud 2 questions with answers to check they wrote correctly the verbs in 3rd
person....15 min
-Handout containing all
pronouns..10 minutes.
-Emphasize examples of the previous activity with the verbs and daily activities
in order to introduce
Routines.

-Ask ss How often do you..?, etc to make them recall the different
frequency adverbs and expressions they already
know... 5 min.
-//LISTENING// SB p.10 . SS will listen to the audio and will write the different
activities and the frequency expressions they hear. Play the audio
twice..10 min.
-SB p.11 Read GRAMMAR BOX and do Ex.

-ACTIVITY: Draw on the board a Schedule from Monday-Friday, and from 7 am-
15 pm. Fill it with ss information and find constant activities. Use them to make
sentences. Ss will draw a Schedule on their notebooks and use their
information. They will write 5 sentences...15 min.
-ACTIVITY: Using their schedules, they will interview another student: How
many times a week do you read
books?

may know for present continuous and write that information on the

ACTIVITY: Go to the Cafeteria, and the library to write down what are people
