GUIDELINES FOR THE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL PROMENADE

1. Students will come at 5:00 PM for registration and for picture taking.

2. Each student will be allowed two guests: their parents or guardians (older relatives).

3. The guest or guests should be named before the affair. Since the students are given
till 2 days before the affair to do this, the guest list will be final. If a student names
only one guest, that is also final.

Tickets will be issued to students for their guest(s). Strictly NO TICKET,

NO ENTRY. NO ASKING FOR CONSIDERATIONS AT THE ENTRANCE!!

4. Guests shall be allowed inside the hall only after the dinner from 8:00 8:30 pm. At
8:30 pm the doors of the hall will be closed and guests will not be allowed to enter. To
keep the formality of the atmosphere, guests are discouraged from leaving the
hall during the program. Guests will enter the right side of the hall facing the stage.
If they need to go to the restroom, they should exit on the left side facing the stage.
Exiting during the program shall be allowed only at the rest room exit.

5. There shall be a designated area for the guests. Guests may not enter the
cordoned area, even to take pictures.

6. Only the official photographers shall be allowed to take pictures of the students within
the cordoned area. Parents may commission the official photographer to take
pictures of their children.

7. Parents are strongly encouraged to dress in a manner befitting the occasion. Parents
wearing sando, shorts and slippers will definitely not be allowed.

8. NO SMOKING is allowed inside the hall.

9. Guests who violate rules no. 3-8 shall be asked to leave the premises.

10. Students are encouraged to finish the affair.

11. Dress code is semi-formal. Earrings on boys are not allowed. Rubber shoes and
maong pants are not allowed. Students who violate the dress code shall be denied
entry.

12. Any student who comes to the affair intoxicated will be sent home. No explanations
will be accepted.

13. Students are expected to behave in a manner appropriate for the occasion. School
rules shall apply.
