The Most Comprehensive Cooling Preventive
Maintenance Program Available Anywhere. Each
time we service your equipment well perform the
following:
Check and replace air filters as required.
Inspect and clean impellers of debris; check belt
tensions and adjust. Verify fan safety switch
operation.
Check of the infrared humidifier pans for mineral
deposits, ensure water make-up valves arent leaking
and drains are free of debris.
Inspect refrigerant lines and check for proper
refrigerant levels, checking for moisture, measuring
suction and discharge pressures.
Check fuses, tighten connections and verify proper
operation sequences as well as contactors for pitting.
Thorough cleaning of the air-cooled condenser coil,
tightening of the motor mounts, inspect motor
bearing and refrigerant lines.
Examine the glycol pump for any leaks and determine
if it is working properly
Inspect the chilled water valve for proper operation
and adjust and/or tighten the linkage if necessary.
