decisions,andonlyrelativetosuchthatarenotlawfullyprohibitedfor

4. Any direct or indirect relationship of the Requester to instant court file
There is no relationship except for the academic interest.
The Requester has engaged for years in research of the justice system in Israel and beyond,
particularly in relationship to the use of electronic systems in the courts. Reports which
were authored by the Requester were incorporated into three UN Human Council reports
and in international academic periodicals, subject to expert reviews and in a computer
science textbook.
