India is one of the biggest countries in Asia.

In India
there are a variety of religion, which is Hindu, Islam, and
Sikh. More variety of religion led to the most important
event in India history. This is event is a division of two
countries, which is Pakistan and India called Partition.
Ganhdi is a key man who makes India becomes
independent from British.

After India troops come back from World War 1, they

claim for independent from British, British ignore it.
Gandhi use non-violence way to fight back British for
freedom of Indian people, called civil disobedience. Civil
disobedience is the way that people are act against the
law in non-violence way. For example Ganhdi told Indian to
gather their own salt not buy from British, not pay British
taxes, and not buying goods from British. This is directly
affecting the income money of British that makes in Indian
economy.

In India contain two main religions that create a

conflict for long time and this two religion teach a different
belief. Sikh, Hindu and Muslim have a different thought
they could not go along together during partition. The city
that has a lot of Muslim will give to Pakistan, in contrast
the city that most population are Hindu and Sikh must
give India. The Muslim and Hindu have to escape to their
country, during the movement both of this two groups
religious clash together. The big event is all of the Muslim
that try to escape from India to Pakistan; they meet Sikh
and Sikh kill all of the Muslim and sent back to the city by
train, this is a reason that Muslim start to kill the Sikh and
Hindu. In the other hand, if there is no variety of religion in
each city, the problems will not happen, there will not
have many people die until today.

The conflict between India and Pakistan over Kashmir

occur very long time ago. British dont completely divided
Kashmir. In Kashmir most of the population are Muslim,
but the city is belong to the Prince of India. British decide
to give some part of Kashmir to Pakistan and the rest is
the major part give to India. Kashmir is the important
place for Muslim in terms of religion and belief. The
problem is last long until now a day, people still fight for
Kashmir and many people have to exchange their life with
the land of Kashmir.

In conclusion, India and Pakistan will not become

stable soon, because of the conflict between Hindu and
Muslim that occur for a long time.
