Skim Milk Yogurt

Makes 4 cups

Ingredients
4 cups Australian skim milk
2 tablespoons Australian natural yogurt

Method
Pour milk into a saucepan, heat milk gently until it just reaches
boiling point. Allow to cool. Blend a little of the milk into the
yogurt then stir into remaining milk. Pour mixture into sterilised
jars, cover tightly and wrap jars in a tea towel, stand aside in a
warm place for 4-6 hours or until set. Store in the refrigerator.
Use as required.
