Microsoft Lab Files Setup

1. Extract the compressed files (Base, Middle and main course layer) for desired course. It will be extracted
default at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Learning.
2. Run the VM-Pre-Import batch file in each lab file folder to link the base, middle and Main course files.
3. Go to Hyper-V Manager New Virtual Machine New VM Wizard Next Specify Name & Location
Generation 1 Assign Memory Configure Networking Virtual HDD (Select attach Virtual HDD later)
Finish.
4. Select the created machine in Hyper-V Manager, right click and select settings. Goto IDE Controller 0. Select
Hard Drive and click Add. Select expected Virtual Hard Disk from Extracted folder through Browse. And click
Inspect Inspect Parent Inspect Parent Ok (After Inspect Parent option finish)
