gic to cut over utilities,

Welty Building Co., the
construction manager, is
tasked with making sure
the project finishes on
time. The Fairlawn-based
company also helps with
logistics planning for the
village, weighs in on utility
upgrades, rebuilds infra-
structure and coordinates
with state and local govern-
