And while some of the
early hours made up for
days lost to winter weather,
others were more strate-
gic to cut over utilities,
or to use equipment that
other crews couldnt work
underneath.
Welty Building Co., the
construction manager, is
tasked with making sure
the project finishes on
time. The Fairlawn-based
company also helps with
logistics planning for the
village, weighs in on utility
upgrades, rebuilds infra-
structure and coordinates
with state and local govern-
ment entities.
