Did I give enough time for activities?
1 felt like I did give enough time for activities, but perhaps I could have spent a little more time.
The in-class activity that | used was a long video in my opinion, Maybe if T had cut the video in
half and focused more on the activity, it would have been more beneficial, learning wise. At the
end of the video I did state that it was probably too fast for a lot of students. Although the
narrator was talking slowly, I felt like there was too much focus on too many things. When I
asked the class to give answers according to the video, it seemed like only the most obvious
answers came through, Also I feel like T should have explained the target expression a littlé |
‘more. In this case I should have mentioned about comparative and superlative usages and its C yeenaly

relations with emphasis.

‘Was my lesson student-centered? . rns a
‘My part was mainly teacher-centered and | meant for it to be that way. However, I could have
integrated student-centered learning in there as well. Perhaps it would have lowered the students’
/ affective filter more, making them more responsive. If I had to place a student centered activity,
ope 5 if Would be before the video.

‘Was I culturally sensitive?
The lesson had nothing much involving cultural sensitivity. That said, T believe that I was
culturally sensitive in that I didn’t involve or offend cultural aspects. The lesson was designed
specifically to teach the target expression exclusively without offending anyone while making
sure people learned efficiently
