COW CARE AGREEMENT

I AGREE TO ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES REGARDING

COW/LAPTOP MAINTENANCE AND USE. PLEASE INITIAL AT THE
END OF EACH STATEMENT.

DO NOT take chargers out of the carts! There is no reason a charger

should be taken out of a cart. __________
Students should not handle the laptops other than for instructional use.
Only an adult can distribute and put away devices. _________
Gently slide the laptops into a slot. DO NOT force them or leave them
hanging out of the cart. __________
Make sure to plug up each device, once its in the slot, to ensure that it
charges overnight. __________
Always keep the cart locked when not in use. ____________
DO NOT give students to combination to the lock. __________
Take care of the COW. Make sure its not left in a mess (Ex: cords
tangled in a mess, chargers plugged into the wrong laptop, devices not
properly positioned in slots). _____________

By signing below, I understand that I will be held financially responsible for

any damage that occurs to the devices or the COW itself.
