Statement of Engagement

The purpose of this document is to agree upon set terms and conditions for further work together:

1st Consideration Payment: All moneys gained through acts of this organization shall be distrib-
uted at a rate of 15% to each co-signatory, with the remainder held in mutual trust to pay for the
expenses of the job.
Acceptable expenses are understood to include:
- Medical care costs
- Ammunition, Parts and other sundries
- Procurement of materials related to work
- Legal costs
- Hotels, Hostels, Motels and other living accomadations necessitated by our work
- Any other cost agreed upon by unanimous decision
2nd Consideration Decision Making: Decisions will be reached through mutual understanding
with unanimity desired. However, should signatories fail to come to agreement a Majority vote
shall be enough to carry the day.
3rd Consideration Rights as Co-signatory: As a cosignatory you are granted certain rights as listed
below
- One (1) vote in the decision making process
- The right to legal council paid for by the other cosignatories in the event of arrest
- The right to funeral rights paid for by the other cosignatories in the event of death
- The right to refuse certain work over moral, personal or safety concerns
- The right to leave the organization at any time
4th Consideration Leaving the Organization: As mentioned above any cosignatory is free to leave
the organization at any time. They shall then be entitled to 25% of the mutual trust money and
shall not be harrased by the remaining members. Should the member be discharged for unac-
ceptable conduct this 25% is not do be provided. Examples of unacceptable conduct include, but
are not limited to:
- Assaulting a cosignatory
- Theft from a cosignatory or from the organization
- Accepting a run without the approval of the other cosignatoriess
The undersigned hereby agree to all of the above terms and conditions and engage to work solemly
and professionally together now, to whatever ends they should all agree upon:
