Accredited Operations Specialist

The Accredited Operations Specialist (AOS) is an educational course curriculum


designed to achieve a complete understanding of the concepts and criteria to
develop a comprehensive world class Management and Operations program for a
critical facility. AOS provides critical facility operators fundamental and practical
knowledge of the process and criteria for the Management & Operations (M&O)
Stamp of Approval and Tier Certification of Operational Sustainability.
Professionals undertaking the AOS course will achieve a thorough understanding
of Operational Sustainability and the processes and the knowledge required to
implement the industry-recognized behaviors that drive critical facility excellence.

The AOS operations-oriented curriculum covers a set of industry recognized


benchmarks and global standard practices that have been proven to promote effective critical facility operations
